SHIPPING POLICY
We are located in Sydney, Australia and ship worldwide using Australia Post. The majority of our products are handmade to order. Currently, I make and ship orders within 2-3 weeks, however this can change. Due to high demand, please allow additional time if you purchase around the time of a new release. If you need your item by a certain date for a special occasion, please contact me via the contact us page or socials, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
Due to covid, weather and other delays, estimated shipping times may not be accurate. In the current climate, please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally.
Please Note:
- skylaroseco is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please track your order via the Australia Post website and make contact with Australia Post directly in regards to damaged or lost mail.
- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.
- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed.
- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends.
- Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Skylaroseco is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of skylaroseco's control.
