• All pre-orders are considered final and are unable to be cancelled/refunded. If you have ordered the incorrect size, please reach out to us promptly at hello@skylaroseco.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

• If you have purchased a pre-order item and an in-stock item, your entire order will be shipped in full when the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. If you would like to receive in-stock items first, please place two separate orders.

• The estimated dispatch date of your pre-order is advertised on the product listing at the time of purchase. Please note that this may be subject to change depending on manufacturing/shipping delays that are beyond our control. Pre-order information and updates will be listed at the top of this page.

• Please note that each batch of garments may exhibit slight differences in colour. These variations are a natural result of production and may not be identical to previous or future batches.

• We retain the right to cancel any pre-orders should we encounter any issues with stock shortage. Should this occur, full refunds will be promptly issued for the affected orders.
