Shipping Policy
We are located in Sydney, Australia and ship worldwide with both standard and express services available. Please allow up to 3 business days of processing time before dispatch. During peak periods such as sales and new releases, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
If you need your order by a certain date or for a special occasion, please contact us via our contact page or socials prior to ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Australia Post Delivery Calculator
As of 22 September 2025, both Australia Post Standard International and Australia Post Express International services to the United States and Puerto Rico have resumed. These options will now be available at checkout, with delivery handled via Australia Post in partnership with USPS.
Important Information

Skylaroseco is not responsible for delays, damaged, or lost mail. Please track your order via the Australia Post, USPS or DHL Express websites and contact the carriers directly regarding damaged or lost shipments.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot amend the delivery address.

Delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to tariffs, duties, and/or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer refuses to pay these charges, cannot be contacted, or has provided an incorrect delivery address, the parcel will be destroyed at the destination. In these cases, no refund, replacement, or recourse will be available.
If you have purchased shipping protection via Redo, please note that this coverage does not apply in the above circumstances. Shipping protection only applies once tariffs/duties/taxes have been paid in full and the correct address has been provided at checkout.
Discounts & Order Finality

Any discounts, promotions, or offers applied to a purchase are final and cannot be refunded, adjusted, or applied retroactively. Customers are responsible for ensuring discounts are applied before checkout.

By purchasing shipping protection at checkout, you agree to the following:
Coverage

Protects your parcel in the event it is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

Applies only once the courier has deemed the parcel lost, damaged, or stolen.
Claims Process

Submit a claim to the carrier using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation.

Forward the claim number to hello@skylaroseco.com

Once received, we will escalate the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Outcome
-
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen, you will receive a replacement with free shipping.

If the replacement item is out of stock, you will be offered either store credit or a refund for the item’s value.
Exclusions

Entering an incorrect address at checkout voids coverage.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipment.

Parcels refused at customs due to unpaid tariffs, duties, or taxes, or destroyed due to refusal or non-contactability, are not covered.

Claims for parcels that have been tampered with or misused will not be eligible.
