Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return any full-priced item/s for a refund via store credit or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be submitted through our online portal within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and returned to us within 30 days of receiving your parcel for International and Domestic customers. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any odours/scents, make-up or tan marks, and in original packaging.

  • To submit a return, please head to our returns portal.

Please Note:

  • All sale items from our sale collection are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team can be returned once our customer service team has been notified. If you receive a faulty garment, please contact us at hello@skylaroseco.com for assistance.

  • If an item you ordered is oversold or out of stock, we will promptly refund you for the unavailable item(s) and ship the remaining items in your order. Please note, you are not entitled to a full refund of your entire order if only a portion of it is unavailable.

  • Orders placed by mistake or error are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please double-check all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • Oversized bows are unable to be returned due to size-related issues, as they can be re-tied to suit your growing baby's head. Please reach out if you require assistance tying bows purchased from our store.

  • Each batch of garments may exhibit slight differences in colour. These variations are a natural result of production and may not be identical to previous or future batches. Slight batch differences will not be accepted for returns.

  • As a small business, we are unable to refund delivery costs and any return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any discounts, promotions, or special offers applied to a purchase are final and cannot be refunded or applied retroactively. Once a transaction is completed, any discounts cannot be adjusted, refunded, or reapplied to the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any applicable discount or promotion is applied before checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to tariffs, duties, and/or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses to pay these charges, cannot be contacted, or provides an incorrect address, the parcel will be destroyed at the destination. In such cases, no refund, exchange, replacement, or recourse will be available.

If you have purchased shipping protection via Redo, please note this does not cover parcels refused at customs or destroyed for unpaid tariffs/duties/taxes, or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Shipping protection only applies if duties/taxes have been paid and the correct address has been entered.

What is Redo?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
