We’re Hiring: Fashion Designer (Womenswear + Kidswear)
Location: Marrickville, Sydney (Hybrid) | Freelance/Contract | Immediate Start Preferred

We’re on the hunt for a creative and commercially-minded Fashion Designer to join our growing label. Our womenswear range delivers timeless, elevated essentials for women who do it all. Alongside it, our much-loved mini collection brings playful, matching style to the little ones who do it with them.

With a loyal customer base across Australia and a strong community of fashion-forward women, we’re ready to take things to the next level; This is where you come in.

You’ll work closely with our founder to bring fresh ideas to life across our core categories, while helping us expand into new and exciting ones. We’re looking for someone who can blend creative vision with commercial sensibility, and who has experience taking a range from concept through to production.

What we’re looking for:

• A fashion design professional with experience across womenswear (experience in kidswear is a big plus)

• Strong technical skills including CADs, tech packs, and fabric/fit approvals

• A clear understanding of product strategy, range planning, and how to build a cohesive, scalable collection

• Solid experience working with offshore manufacturers, ideally in small to mid-sized production runs

• A proactive communicator who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led business

In this role, you’ll help us:

• Develop and evolve our product vision

• Create beautiful yet functional designs for women and kids

• Build tech packs and manage samples through to bulk

• Source high-quality, sustainable fabrics and trims

• Improve margins through smart design, construction, and cost engineering
