We are located in Sydney, Australia and ship worldwide with both standard and express services available. Please allow up to 5 business days of processing time before dispatch. Due to high demand, please allow additional time (up to 10 business days) during sales and new releases.
If you need your order by a certain date, or for a special occasion, please contact us via the contact us page or socials prior to ordering, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

DHL Express International is estimated to take approximately 3-5 business days.
Please Note:
- skylaroseco is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please track your order via the Australia Post website or DHL Express website and make contact with the suppliers directly in regards to damaged or lost mail.
- Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s have already shipped we will not be able to change the address.
- Postage delivery times are from time of shipment, not when the order has been placed.
- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends.
- Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Skylaroseco is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection.
