We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return any full priced item/s for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be submitted through our online portal within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and returned to us within 30 days of receiving your parcel for International and Domestic customers. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any odours / scents, make-up or tan marks, and in original packaging.

- All sale items from our sale collection are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team has been notified. If you receive a faulty garment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- Oversized bows are unable to be returned due to size-related issues as they can easily be re-tied to suit your growing baby's head. Please reach out to us if you require assistance tying bows purchased from our store.
Due to our fast turnaround times, we do not currently offer exchanges. Once we have received/inspected/approved your return, you will be provided with a store credit via email to re-order your required size/alternative item. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
As a small business, we are unable to refund delivery costs and any return costs are the customer's responsibility.
