We are located in Sydney, Australia and ship worldwide with both standard and express services available. Please allow up to 5 business days of processing time before dispatch. Due to high demand, please allow additional time (up to 7 business days) during sales and new releases.

If you need your order by a certain date, or for a special occasion, please contact us via the contact us page or socials prior to ordering, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

DHL Express International is estimated to take approximately 3-5 business days.

Please Note:

- skylaroseco is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please track your order via the Australia Post website or DHL Express website and make contact with the suppliers directly in regards to damaged or lost mail.

- Please ensure your address is correct upon checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s have already shipped we will not be able to change the address.

- Postage delivery times are from time of shipment, not when the order has been placed.

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends.

- Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Skylaroseco is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection.

Any discounts, promotions, or special offers applied to a purchase are final and cannot be refunded or applied retroactively. Once a transaction is completed, any discounts cannot be adjusted, refunded, or reapplied to the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any applicable discount or promotion is applied at checkout before completing the purchase.

Terms and Conditions for Shipping Protection Cover

By purchasing shipping protection cover at checkout on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This coverage protects you in the event your parcel is deemed lost, damaged, or stolen during transit by the courier.

  1. Coverage Details

    • The shipping protection cover purchased provides coverage for parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit.
    • The coverage applies once the courier deems the parcel to be lost, damaged, or stolen.
  2. Claims Process

    • If you believe your parcel has been lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you must submit a claim to the local carrier using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
    • Once you have initiated the claim with the carrier, you are required to forward the claim number to our team at hello@skylaroseco.com.
    • Upon receiving your claim number, we will escalate the claim through our local carrier on your behalf.
  3. Final Decision and Replacement

    • Once a final decision has been reached by both the local carrier and the courier regarding the outcome of the claim, we will notify you of the result.
    • If the parcel is deemed lost, damaged, or stolen by the courier, you will be entitled to a free replacement item and free shipping.
    • In the event the replacement item is out of stock, you will be offered either a store credit or a refund for the value of the item.
  4. Exclusions

    • The shipping protection cover does not apply if the customer has entered an incorrect address during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all address information is accurate and complete.
    • If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost to reship the parcel.
    • Claims for parcels that have been opened, tampered with, or show signs of misuse will not be eligible for coverage.
  5. Agreement

    • By placing an order and selecting shipping protection at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
